食街嘅一個檔口。A counter in the food court.

時代坊三樓美食廣場，萬寶茶餐開咗好多年。無枱號，無侍應，叫完號自己攞。做嘅係茶餐廳最基本嗰幾味：焗飯、碟頭飯、公仔麵、奶茶 —— 唔花巧，但要夠熱、夠快、夠飽。
Up on the food-court floor of Aberdeen Centre, Mambo has been at the same counter for years. No table numbers, no servers — you order, you wait for your number, you carry it over. What it makes is the plain half of a cha chaan teng menu: baked rice, rice plates, noodles in soup, milk tea. Nothing clever. Just hot, fast and enough.
